Chef John is a certified chef and graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America.You’re in good hands with this skillful and experienced master.

With two decades of successful cooking and catering experience, Chef John has shared his international training in the culinary arts with panache and flair. He was the founder, owner and operator of Culinary Vacations, Inc. for 17 years where he conducted cooking classes in Italy, France and Spain.

You may have seen Chef John as a guest on television in Atlanta for ABC, CBS and CNN. As a contributing food writer for newspapers and periodicals and as author of a delightful book, Tales from a Tuscan Table, John has plenty of expertise and stories to keep your time together lively and fun.
