The weekend features three demonstration cooking classes. Friday is an evening demo concentrating on quick and easy gourmet dishes. Saturday focuses on an elegant dinner party menu. And Sunday is what else, brunch!

$300 per person includes printed recipes, savoring the demo meals and wine.
