house.
• Visit to a local winery housed in an ancient castel.
• Lunch at a culinary institute with a tour of the
kitchens.
• Trip to Montserrat, featuring a tour of the Benedictine
Monk's Cathedral and spectacular views of the mountains of
Catalunya.
• Tour with tasting of the world's largest sparkling white wine
producer. Experience the unique architecture of the cavas, located in an
impressive medieval-style castle designed by Gaudi contemporary Josep Puig i Cadafalch.
• Tour an artist's apartment located in a
fully restored monastery featuring
holographic images to make the history come alive. The tour of
the artist's apartment and monastery lasts 2 hours.
• Savor great meals chosen by or cooked by Chef John (all but 4
